According to market sources, CPC Corp, a Taiwan’s state-owned company is planning to restart its residue fluid catalytic cracker (RFCC) by 31 January 2019, which is 2 days earlier than initial schedule.
Based in Talin, Taiwan, the RFCC is able to produce 320,000 tons/year propylene. It has been shut since 14 December 2018 due to technical glitches.
