China’s CSPC (Phase II) shuts HDPE plant for turnaround

According to market sources, CNOOC and Shell Petrochemical Co Ltd (CSPC) (Phase II) has shut its HDPE plant today for a planned maintenance.

Based in Guangzhou, China, the HDPE plant has an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for about 10-15 days.
