Taiyo Vinyl to Shut PVC Plant for Maintenance
According to market source, Taiyo Vinyl is planning to shut it's PVC plant for a maintenance turnaround.
Based in Yokkaichi, Japan, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 310,000 tons/year. It is expected to be shut in March 2016 for about 3 weeks.
