Indonesia's Asahimas to expand PVC line by 2021

In an official statement, AGC Group announced the expansion plan at its Indonesia’s PVC subsidiary - P.T. Asahimas Chemical (ASC) by the second quarter of 2021. Upon completion, total PVC output from P.T. Asahimas Chemical would increase by 200,000 tons/year from the current capacity to 750,000 tons/year.

AGC Group is currently operating its PVC businesses in Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam and aiming to become the number 1 PVC maker in the Southeast Asia region.
