China's Hebei Haiwei restarted PP plant
According to market sources, Hebei Haiwei Group has restarted its PP unit today after maintenance shutdown.
Based in Hebei, China, the company has a 300,000 tons/year of PP unit. The plant has been shut since 2 October for a turnaround.
