Japan’s Keiyo to shut VCM for maintenance

According to market sources, Keiyo Monomer, a subsidiary of Asahi Glass Corporation, is planning to shut its VCM plant by mid of February 2019 for a planned turnaround.
Based in Chiba, Japan, the VCM plant has a production capacity of 200,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream up to end of March.
