UPDATE: Indonesia’s Chandra Asri to shut PP plant for maintenance
PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk is planning to take its PP plant in Cilegon, Indonesia off-stream for about 60 days starting July for routine maintenance works. The three PP units have a combined capacity of 480,000 tons per annum.
Several sources informed CommoPlast that the producer is now building inventories and contract allocation has been slashed by up to 50%.
