India’s IOCL to shut naphtha cracker for turnaround

According to market sources, Indian Oil Corp (IOCL) is planning to shut its naphtha cracker for a scheduled maintenance by beginning of September 2019.
Based in Haryana, India, the cracker is able to produce 857,000 tons/year of ethylene and 425,000 tons/year of propylene. It is expected to remain off-stream for around a month.
