A major Taiwanese producer cuts July PVC prices sharply as Asian market weakens

A major Taiwanese PVC producer has issued significantly lower July 2026 price lists across Asia, conceding to a prolonged demand downturn, weaker feedstock support, and intensifying competition from discounted regional exports. The scale of the correction is among the steepest seen this year, with the producer also offering additional volume incentives in a bid to stimulate large-lot procurement. The move follows the resumption of operations at a major Taiwanese cracker complex, adding to already comfortable regional availability.
