Indonesia’s Pertamina shut PP unit for maintenance

According to market sources, PT Pertamina has suspended production at its 50,000 tons/year PP plant last week for an annual maintenance work.  It is expected that the plant would remain offline for about 1 month.

A distributor informed, “Our principal supplier has not informed about any shutdown at the cracker. At the moment, we are not having any PP allocation, hence, we believe in a firmer trend in PP market.”
